Online Consultation
Our online consultations are held on zoom. The consultations are conducted prior to creating a workout program so we can get to know our clients on a more personal level. During this consultation, we will be discussing your fitness goals, where you will be training, what equipment you have access to, your habits, medical/ injury history etc.
On this consultation, we will also be conducting a physical assessment. The assessment will allow us to see what muscle imbalances you have so we can properly correct them.
Personalized Online Workout Programs
Our personalized workout programs are tailored to our clients specific needs based off of their physical assessment, fitness goals, individual capabilities, etc.
At Serial Lifters, we understand that every body is different. What might work for one person, will not work for the next. We want to ensure you that we are giving you a PERSONAL training program. Not some AI workout. By listening to our clients, we can effectively get your to where you want to be. Physically and mentally!
