Online Consultation

Our online consultations are held on zoom. The consultations are conducted prior to creating a workout program so we can get to know our clients on a more personal level. During this consultation, we will be discussing your fitness goals, where you will be training, what equipment you have access to, your habits, medical/ injury history etc.
On this consultation, we will also be conducting a physical assessment. The assessment will allow us to see what muscle imbalances you have so we can properly correct them.

Personalized Online Workout Programs

Our personalized workout programs are tailored to our clients specific needs based off of their physical assessment, fitness goals, individual capabilities, etc.

At Serial Lifters, we understand that every body is different. What might work for one person, will not work for the next. We want to ensure you that we are giving you a PERSONAL training program. Not some AI workout. By listening to our clients, we can effectively get your to where you want to be. Physically and mentally!

Assistance, Feedback and Motivation

The app we will be utilizing to upload your program allows messaging… so message us! We want to hear from our clients and what they think about their workout program so far. What We Offer: In Person Training

One on One Training

Our one on one training is personalized workouts specific to your weaknesses, strengths, imbalances, capability, comfort and your willingness to better yourself. Consultations and assessments will be held prior to training to determine which training will benefit you and your needs best.

One on one training is offered as a hybrid schedule as well. Pricing will vary on how many sessions per week are in person.

Group Training

Does your friend want to be an accomplice to killing bad habits? Schedule a group session! Have different goals than your workout partner? No problem, individual workouts can be made in group session. Do you and your partner want to learn the same skill/ have the same goals? Train side by side or interactively with our creative and effective workouts!

Serial Lifters works with a broad spectrum of clientele. From adolescent or middle aged, to elderly. We work with special needs and physical disabilities as well because everyone deserves the opportunity to become stronger.
